Seven storey block of flats developed about 1950 and refurbished about 2005

The slight disturbance of the paster is indicative of a leak from the bathroom of the flat above

Leaking deck of top floor of a car park. The rust is due to corrosion of the reinforcing steel. As steel expands considerably when it rusts it will eventualy force of chunks of concretre exposing more steel which will then corrode.

The wall from below showing the top leaning outwards. The wall is also in poor condition due to loss of pointing and faces due to frost damage

Buckling of the ralings/ wall top due to the tree. The wall will eventualy buckle sufficiently for a section of it to fall over. A substantial section of the wall could potentialy be affected.
