Green and yellow earthing cable omitted, probably due to the sink being replaced
Crude ceiling patch repair. Textured ceilings can contain asbestos but there is a low risk of fibres escaping unless sanded and it can be worked on with a mask.
Chicken tiles! I see these every week but I have yet to see one where the chickens are all the right way up or even all upside down.
Looks allright from here but the adjacent high ground has pushed against the wall distorting it
Horizontal fracture. The wall below has come in whilst the roof has restrained the wall above. It has fractured along the weak join of the bricks and mortar.
Same problem as the garage but more obvious. Retainign walls invariably fail due to poor drianage of the ground behind them.
